Logisticos.es is committed to complying with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) regulations in Spain, including Law 10/2010 of April 28, on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing and related provisions. 4. Compliance Measures
4.1. Know Your Customer (KYC):
Logisticos.es implements a KYC process for users and partners, requiring the submission of valid identification documents, business licenses, or other relevant information.
4.2. Transaction Monitoring:
The platform monitors financial transactions to detect and report suspicious activities to the Executive Service of the Commission for the Prevention of Money Laundering and Monetary Offenses (SEPBLAC).
4.3. Record Retention:
Records of user activities and financial transactions are retained for a minimum of five (5) years, in compliance with Spanish law.
5. Reporting Suspicious Activity
Logisticos.es reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious activity and will report such incidents to relevant authorities, including SEPBLAC.
6. Penalties
Failure to comply with this AML Policy may result in:
- Account suspension or termination.
- Reporting to regulatory authorities.
- Legal action under applicable Spanish and EU laws.

7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1. Use of the Website is subject to our Privacy Policy, in compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Data Protection Law (LOPDGDD).
8. Liability
